What can I say, lovely hotel, excellent reception staff, and the most beautiful bar staff, incredibly good at there work. The young lady with her little Frenchie is absolutely superb. A must stay of your in this region of Germany and a hotel I will be revisiting very soon.

It’s mainly a business hotel

The bathroom is part of the room, one cannot close a door. The window was locked and could not be opened. The cleaning was not so good. The service people, the staff was very friendly!

Very nice, great breakfast. Small complaint is dust in the room. Bed is ok but no top mattress. Not thrilled with roller doors to the bathroom, prefer a normal door which can be locked.

We stayed for 2 days. Queen standard room. A couple things bothered me. When we checked in instead of the rate we booked with when making reservations ended up being close to 100 dollars more with zero explanation and due to nothing in else in the area being available we had zero choice. The cost of the breakfast buffet is pretty steep youre even charged a tea/coffee fee ($10 a day) on top of the daily breakfast fee. Since i drink neither i found that very odd especially with an over $20 daily breakfast fee. So i think our biggest complaint was the price inflations/charged for things without discussing all fees ahead of time and not honoring online booking prices. We left there spending over $250 more than expected for our 2 day stay. Other than that the hotel is very clean and comfortable
