"We've stayed at this Hampton Inn many times and we always know that we will have a clean room and friendly, helpful staff. I was greeted every morning with a smiling face and a good attitude - very much appreciated! We've tried other hotels in the area when visiting family in Wichita, but none compare. I know that they renovated several years ago and may need to again in the next year or so, but that's only because it's a very busy hotel - normal wear and tear will make that necessary. I know that we'll be back this summer and this is our hotel of choice! Excellent place to stay!"

"Dirty, dilapidated, shower broken, smelt funny. Not a nice hotel at all. Needs to be gutted and redone. Also not close to downtown really it’s by the highway. All the bathrooms are locked up too because they’re afraid of homeless population maybe? It’s just really not nice and not good amenities"

"I.was on the 1st floor as entering the room I noticed that the door didn't lock. The bathtub had mildew all around the baseboard. The bed fitted sheet had old blood stain that didn't come out And there was a bed bug on top of the sheet. So then they moved me on the 2nd floor and the blank had cigarettes burns so I didn't care because it was late and I came there as an emergency. I didn't get my money back and I was not satisfied about the whole situation. There was people sleeping im the lobby as well as addicts there begging for a ride or anything else. I supposed to be out on the 4th of June 2026 around 11am but instead me and my family left at 5:50 am. Fire department was there police and paramedics Commotion on the 1st floor. I left quicker than I arrived. I booked the room and the credit card machine didn't even work and they still asked for a security deposit on top of the I still had to pay. Only God knows that I Will not stay there again. They need to do better like seriously they do. I feel so disgusted while there."

"My favorite place to stay when visiting Wichita. Excellent location, beautiful, clean hotel with well laid out rooms and bathroom. I appreciate the parking garage too. The microwave and full-size refrigerator are a nice bonus."

"The property was clean, well maintained and the rooms was very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I do wish there were additional options for on site dining, but the food they did offer was good. Choices, however, were somewhat limited. I would definitely stay there again."
