Very nice stay quiet and very convenient. The breakfast was outstanding. Rooms were very clean and anything we needed the front desk helped us out! Will be back again!

Positives: The staff was kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Negatives: The kitchenette area was very dirty! Every single cup and glass was visibly dirty, very dirty. The pool was disgusting! My daughter actually got sick from playing in it. It was actually extremely unsafe as well. There was water everywhere and the tile was extremely slippery. Her friend slipped and really hurt herself. I definitely do not recommend staying here

Thank you for taking the time to fill out a review for our hotel. We are sorry you did not have a positive experience during your stay. Our pool is crystal clear currently. I'm not sure what happened, but I will speak with maintenance. It's not normal for any of our rooms to have dirty dishes. I will bring this to our executive housekeeper attention to look further into this. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.

Apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, & dishwasher but no rangetop. Power up/down sheer and blackout shade. Generous work area countertops on both sides of the TV, but lacking any outlets for one of them. Very small closet with a curtain over the front.

The lady at the front desk at check in was super nice. Our room was very clean as well. Did not experience any issues during our stay. The free breakfast was a hit or miss.

I stayed here before and like the location. However, I had to request, multiple times, to have my room cleaned over a 10 day period - even then, it ONLY got cleaned once! They promote free breakfast but most items are gone within 30 minutes and when you request more, you're told it takes too long. Even though it is a "Hilton", you feel like you're staying at a Motel 6. And to make matters worse, I had an extremely loud "neighbor" in the room above me and for 3 consecutive nights, it sounded like bowling balls were being dropped. I asked the Front Desk to look into my complaint and nothing was done. The noise continued for 3 nights. NOT PLEASED AT ALL!

Comfortable
This hotel has big comfortable rooms. The king size bed offered a good sleep. The 14’ ceilings made the room feel huge. The free parking and breakfast were a bonus. It was easy to get off and on the highway.

We had a great short stay at this property. We arrived late in the evening and were quickly greeted by friendly staff at the front desk for a fast check-in. Everything appeared updated, well-maintained and clean. Our room was spacious with a nice kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, desk, pullout table, couch and ottoman, comfy bed and effective blackout blinds. The pool was heated and clean plus there were lots of extra towels. Breakfast was fresh and above average for free hotel breakfasts. Staff was very nice and kept things stocked and clean. Our daughter appreciated the endless supply of Swiss Miss hot cocoa and complementary mini toiletries she received from the front desk. We didn't utilize them, but the bar area looked nice and lively the night we arrived, there was also a laundry facility and EV charge stations. Overall a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Everything was as expected only issue and not a big deal was that there was no extra rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom only one roll that was already on the spool and about halfway done. By the time we were back in the room it was midnight so we were to lazy to go down to the reception or want to call to get some brought to us. Anyhow we had an extra roll with us that we always carry. Other than that everything was great

Everything appeared clean and fine. Some of the silverware was rusty in the room. Breakfast was not good or bad, just food. Two of the three mornings there was no food in the containers, slow to replenish. The turkey sausage sandwich was very dry. The blackout curtain was AMAZING and bringing my own fan helped with the noise of others in the hallway until Friday night. I could hear people running in the hallways at about 11 or midnight. Overall it was a good stay and I would stay there again. I loved being able to bring my own food and eat in my room in the evenings.

A Godsend!
The family was stranded in Wichita when our RV broke down and this place was near the dealer. We were very pleasantly surprised - nice big room, very comfy beds, good sized frig, etc. It was perfect for an unplanned extended stay and the staff was super friendly and helpful!

Yikes.
The sheets stunk. Not sure if they were washed or not. The bathroom dispenser on the wall was broken so it was continuously leaking and making the tub slick. This hotel is one of our favorites but the cleaning this time was not it. The staff and pool were cool.
