"Perfect for what I needed! Khia and Edwin were life saviors after I accidentally left a bag in the lobby. They coordinated to have it brought back to me in the airport. Very helpful! "

"We were really disappointed from the first moment of our stay. The front desk agent spoke in one word, clearly annoyed sentences. Told us our room would be ready in 10 minutes—it took an hour and 3 trips to the front desk with my autistic 7-year-old. Our room was a “water view” which was actually mostly industrial eyesores. It was next to the laundry and ice machines—super noisy. Breakfast was too crowded to enjoy. The facility had random signs of failure to maintain, like duct tape holding the light posts together at the valet pickup. We expected much more and won’t be staying again. Watch out for the extra valet fee if you need parking, too. "

"We were put into a room that had not been cleaned. The bed was a mess, like someone just rolled out of it, towels on the floor, soap open on the sink, smoke detector had tape over it as if to hide smoke. The front desk lady was very nice. Worked to get us into a clean room. Second rooms faucet didn’t work. So she moved us to another area of the hotel. The third room was clean and she was very apologetic. "

"Great location, clean, comfortable and quiet. The little kitchen was perfect for my needs and well equipped. Within a short walking distance to the conference I was attending at the Fairmount. Would highly recommend. "
