"Poor costumer service went there and they cancel my stay using little excuses to sue"

"Beds were comfortable and that’s the extent of what we liked about this place. Staff was not friendly at all, it was very strange. You can hear their loud walkie-talkies going off constantly throughout the morning and day along with all of their discussions. Walls are very thin. Pool is cold, jacuzzi area is dark and below ground. The manager is odd and condescending. We felt uncomfortable staying here and would not return. You truly get what you pay for here and are better off paying a bit more to stay at one of the hotels across the street."

"The property was pristine and the staff super friendly. The room was clean, smelled great, and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet all night and we slept like babies. We love this hotel."

"The room was fine for a one Night stay but there could be improvements. The restroom has mold on the shower walls. Health hazard! The night stand was missing a drawer. I’m sure that was because it was broken and the staff member removed it. Over all it’s fine. But it definitely need some work. Touch ups on furniture and remodeling."
