Great service when they are around to get it! Too few workers so front cpu yet staff usually up cleaning rooms.

The room was cold no heat, had to change rooms. First room gave 2 heaters which blew breaker. second room was cold, asked for a second blanket was told not allowed to give extra out, but eventually didi, (a thin bed spread) should be credited as 2 nights trying to keep warm and couldn't sleep

Great service. Above and beyond!

Jackie and the manager were very welcoming and went out of their way. Jackie even helped me with getting my luggage! That doesn’t happen anywhere else!

Old and cold

Not good, old and dirty place. Had a electric heater, added to room. Looked like it was 30 years old and barely worked. Almost froze, notified staff and moved to a different room, same old ugly room with a base heater again. Yikes

Crapest hotel of the the last 10 years.

The place is a dump the room booked was not even close to what they tried to get me to use. The place is in very poor maintenance, the staff could care less about customers. For non smoking rooms when and If they have them they spray some lysol or similar. When I was at the front desk they were trying to get people to double or triple up on the rooms. The place is a dive and I am being kind.

2 Star Stay

It was clean enough where it counted (ie. bathroom, bed, etc), but the floor didn't look like it had been vaccuumed in awhile (cigarette ashes on the floor). It was very much in a state of disrepair. In our first room the shower didn't work, in the second there was a few burnt out bulbs, and the headboards and chairs were coming apart. There were burn marks in the bedspread and carpet from cigarettes, and the hallways smelled like smoke. Also, in our second room, one of the taps was not attached to the hot tub and there were a few tools/small parts sitting on it. BUT, for the price I paid to stay there, I really didn't expect more.

Nothing fancy, clean room, very reasonable price

This is definitely not an "upscale" hotel however the room was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't take a family here for a holiday weekend however if all you need is a place to sleep it works.

If this is the last place in town... DON'T DO IT!

When booking a hotel for the night and seeing this was the last hotel with rooms available... I just tried to ignore the bad reviews and thought it really couldn't be that bad... well it is! Just go to the next town or stay in your car! Anything is better than this disgusting hotel. We walked in around 11pm to get our room and well the bartender of the lounge was also the guy to check us into the hotel. We had to stand waiting while he finished making shots for the patrons of the bar! It was an extrememly uncomfortable process and the rooms smelled! They are dingy, dirty and my tv didn't work. I am not a germ-o-phobe but I felt the need to kick of the blankets and sleep with my jacket and scarves around me. I got up early and couldn't wait to get the heck out of there! So do not stay here, even if it is the last place in town! The walls are either not cleaned or stained, the grates in the roof are open or fallen off. I didn't feel safe or clean or rested in this place. So this was a complete waste of my money and I regret supporting this business as they clearly have no concern for how their guests feel staying here.

Good value for the money

It was good value for the amount we paid and it's obvious that this hotel is going through renovations and improvements. Our room was quite clean, the bathroom looked new and all the furnishings were quite new. We would stay there again.

Not a place for families

Hotel in a seedy part of town. The front desk attendant must be gotten out of the bar to sign in. Room itself was not bad but remote for tv was missing and when I could finally get hold of front desk attendant (serving in the bar) there were no more remotes available, so many channels were unavailable. If you like to sleep in past 06:30am this is not the hotel for you as the morning train will ensure you are awake. The korean/Japanese restaurant is fairly good. The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it was inexpensive.

reasonable choice considering the cost

Location is good. Not much disturbance. Towels and bed were clean and net access quick . Standard breakfast and a decent coffee maker in the room along with hair dryer and an iron board, art its price this was a good deal.

The pictures online for this hotel are very misleading. Did not feel comfortable whatsoever in this hotel. Seemed like a rough part of town. The front desk had a sign that said "for assistance please see lounge". My room was dirty, there was mud all over the carpet. There was no screen on the window. Little notes were posted around hotel room with information written such as "This hotel has no air conditioner" When I walked into the room it smelled of body odor. I would never stay at this hotel again.

This is a very old hotel in a bad location. I had second thoughts about staying there when I saw it. We received a wake-call at 5 a.m. which we had not requested so were very unhappy with our stay.

The hotel was in very poor shape. The outside was run down . The location was in a rough part of town. The air conditioning did not work. Screens in windows had holes in them. Some lamps in rooms did not work. The one worker was also busy tending the bar but was polite and helpful. The continental breakfast was good.
