"My friend and I stayed at this place thinking it would be nice and quiet on the river. It was non of that. The beds were comfortable. No good lighting. One window had a screen the other one didn't. There were sign posting warning of rattle snakes all over. We didn't get chairs for outside till we asked. When asked for the chairs were treated as if asking for more then what was already included. Then some guy keep going by while my friend was out on the patio sunning. Like a creeper, making a feeling of unsafe for a woman out in a cabin alone. Had to ask for towels when the cabin should have all this in it once we arrived. The older lady that the manager of the store was the only nice staff. Told to keep our dog on a leash because have cats that are residents that roam free. I saw 3 cats. My fiend is allergic to cats. Oh yes residents dogs can run free without a leash. Sad I grew up in the Yakima Valley. I will not go back to this place. I will not recommended it either."
"Good location near White Pass and Mt. Rainier (summer). Property is good, solid, clean. Located in Packwood, where some motel properties are a bit sketchy, this one is clean, solid and everything worked. I'd stay there again.
The only issue is that it is located in Packwood which has less than a handful of dining options. But that's not their fault.
Oh, in the morning, we saw a herd of elk from the back window just grazing away...cool!"
"Our stay at National Park Inn was phenomenal. The room was clean and the restaurant was outstanding. This offered the perfect opportunity to unplug and see Mt. Rainer while staying in the comfort of a hotel rather than camping. Would definitely recommend. "
"Amazing location if you are skiing at Crystal Mountain. You get a nice parking spot as a hotel guest and you can just walk to the ski lifts from there. The room is simple but cozy with retro vibes and the staff are friendly. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant at Alpine Inn. The hotel has three separate buildings. Regardless of which building your room is located, you can walk to the resort. We will stay there again when we go to Crystal Mountain for skiing. "
