"My room had a very strong odor, it wasn’t a bad smell, just very strong like an air freshener.
Other than that item it was a nice room and the hotel has an attached restaurant that is very good. I’ve stayed at this location many times and it’s the best hotel in Rock Springs area. "

"Beds were very hard. Ice machine didn't work at first and was offered no remedy. There isn't an ice machine on the property... Just the ones in the fridges in the room. But I fiddled with it and got it to work finally. Housekeeping opened door on us sleeping even though we had a 'do not disturb' sign on the door and it was more than two hours before check out. The check in experience was very positive and they were very helpful and friendly. Place was very clean and I loved that there weren't too many little lights in the room to cover up before going to sleep. Clock radio could use a dimmer switch though (or you're going to deal with a lot of unplugged ones when turning over rooms). I chose this facility for the full sized freezer in order to refreeze ice packs and it didn't disappoint. Parking was nice and free :)"
