The hotel was very clean and our room was comfortable. The only issue for us was that our room was next to the interstate highway and the noise from the transport trucks was so loud, it kept us up all night. The hotel did not put good quality windows in which was a huge mistake. I would not stay here again for that reason. We tried turning the fan on in our room but it wasn’t working properly so the fan only stayed on for a few minutes before shutting off.

I enjoyed the breakfast. Clean environment. Friendly staff. I was very disappointed when i found out the pool was closed which was the whole purpose for the trip but unfortunately i did not read the disclouser ahead of time that the pool was closed. Aside from that there werent really any other issues.

One night stay was good. Their pool is somewhat small and the water was good even though we were told it was 80 degrees. The hot tub was the size of a tub but was warm. Everything else was good.

The staff seemed like they were on drugs and in relationships with one another. Staff arguing in main area. Accommodations were not sanitary. Staff unprofessional and rude. Crowded continental breakfast. Hot tub broken most of the time. Pool freezing.

This guest is just angry because her party was caught smoking weed in our room, and we charged them a 300 smoking violation. There was nothing wrong with our hot tub, and the pool is heated to 82 degrees. We drug test our employees. They also said they had a great stay, so everything was good until they were charged.

Theres a HUGE gap in my door so big I can stick my fingers through it. The hallway noise is unbearable. There’s a full on playoff party in the lobby and all the drunk people are standing in the hallway talking to. We booked this hotel for the heated indoor pool and the heater is broken. I overheard the staff talking about it and talking about how they should lie to the patrons about the heat of the pool . Unacceptable

Thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey. Our indoor pool is heated at 81 degrees, which is the standard optimal temperature. The pool room itself feels cold in comparison because it is located right near an outside entrance. Our hot tub is heated to 101 and is meant to feel like a bath. Our staff does not lie or falsely advertise our pool settings.
