This property is in an excellent location very well kept with lots of nice enemies. I gave it a lower mark I’m property conditions because One of the two elevators is not operational and apparently has been that way for months. One Sunday am we waited almost 20 minutes to go up to the room.

Exceeded our high expectations. A large, comfortable and quiet suit overlooking Blackcomb Mountain. Very comfortable bed and splendid shower. Free breakfast was plentiful with lots for veggies. Coffee was superb. Loved the whole experience!

Great hotel, planning on staying again in the fall. Great especially for families. Just need to get other elevator working.
Careful on balconies weird stick outs, my husband smashed his head pretty good and cut it open standing up from patio chair.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. First class. All ammenities including two hot tubs, heated pool and sauna. Loved it and would stay again.

Arrived a few hours early before check in time but the front staff offered us a room that was ready and let us check in the room. They also upgraded our room. We had a great stay!

In general we were very happy with the hotel. Most of the staff are very friendly, except one lady from the Raven. It’s very close to the gondolas and everything is quite easy.
