"Room was nice. Could have used more towels. It smelled really nice. The doors slam shut and we had some really loud neighbors going in and out into the early morning. It was really chill and enjoyable."

"My honest review, Me and my family had a great stay overall. A few things that didn’t meet my expectations for the price we paid was the cleanliness of the room , the food and the parking and the construction that went on from 7 am to 5 pm every day. The construction was terribly loud and basically ruined any peace we wanted on our vacation . You should charge your guests less money during this time , because it’s not worth it . Let’s start with the room , when arriving the shower was filthy . There was sand and grime build up in the bottom of the shower . The glass had soap scum all over it . The walls in the bathroom had dirt build up all over which you noticed while sitting on the toilet . The floors in the room looked dirty and felt gritty , they need to be deck scrubbed not just mopped over . We had an issue with one of the servers in the restaurant part . We went in with two coupons they give you for breakfast that we paid for and the server took it , asked us what we wanted to drink , brought us our drinks then asked us for our tickets again . We mentioned he already took them from us . We bickered back and forth and he basically called us a liar . I asked if they had cameras. We paid for each ticket so we lost out on that breakfast . Not professional at all and another waste of our money for pretty mid food that was also overpriced. They overcharge for parking . Plain and simple . All the staff was amazing on the other hand . Friendly and helpful . Enjoyed the pool ."

"The place is older but has been refurbished/ upgraded in many respects. The rooms are smallish but clean - each has a separate air conditioning unit - mine was working hard all weekend, but did keep the room comfortable and cool. (August in South Florida is no joke!!) The real star at this place is the staff - I had reasons to interact/ ask questions of several of the staff members and without exception they went ‘above and beyond’ to answer my question and/ or accommodate my needs. Cannot compliment them enough!!"

"Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Only issue I had was that the bathroom was not 100% clean. Random long black hairs , I have short white hair. Also the do not disturb sign some how was removed from my door and was no where to be found. I put the sign on the door so that no one would enter my room. Cleaning staff entered my room. Nothing was stolen or missing but I didn’t want anyone in my room. I had on the desk, my laptop computer, my passport, my credit cards and cash. All out on the desk of the room. That is why I didn’t want anyone in my room. Also, if you don’t valet and just self park in the garage it’s $45 which seems very expensive . It’s a Courtyard Marriott not a Ritz Carlton. Is there nowhere to park your car that isn’t so expensive ?"
