"We only stayed for 1 night. Property was fine condition. Recommendation: sweep the room for spiders and webs. They should check the rooms the day of someone’s staying and clear out spider webs. We walked through multiple spider webs. We also had spiders on towels. It was a nightmare for our 10 year old."

"The microwave was nice. There were no exterior plugs to plug in our plug-in hybrid car. There was only one chair, but two of us. The one mattress had a valley-like slope to it. The little table top was separating on the edges. The key worked consistently well and the WiFi was great. When I walked with my bare feet on the floor, there were little bits that stuck to the bottom of my feet. It was almost impossible for us both to get in and out of either bed, so we had to sleep in separate...

"The property is not well maintained. The elevators are dirty. Our room smelled like feet. The beds were uncomfortable. Due to the hotel being sold out the food in the breakfast area was depleted. The only good thing was that check in process was quick and the air conditioner worked well."

"This is a beautiful property! It is tucked away in a lovely area with lots of natural beauty. The room was very clean! The bed was really comfortable and beautifully made up with lovely bedding/pillows and such soft sheets. My favorite was the bathroom, with a gorgeous stone/pebble tiled shower and rain shower head with the perfect amount of water pressure. We will be back! "Weird check in. Employee kept running away, literally, to check on rooms. People loud in pool until almost midnight. Freeway noise. Not great."

"It was a short stay so I wasn’t able to use all the amenities .Overall, good stay but there’s one big reason I don’t give five stars: plastic cutlery in the breakfast room. The amount of plastic waste every day is huge. Please, replace all the plastic forks, knives, spoons, and cups with reusable/washable material."

"Room adequate. Bed sagged at the edge. The sink was outside the bathroom ..& I found getting into the room through the narrow entryway uncomfortable. I needed to prop the bathroom door open to use the bathroom at night. But then it blocked the exit door. The room was smallish in comparison to other inns…. And I found the pillows much too hard with no options as other hotels have provided. Adequate is the word I would use. Breakfast ok…"

"The location of the property was ideal for a quick relaxing vacation. Being right in Turtle Bay, you could explore the park, eat at the restaurant next door, take a five minute walk to the café, and relax at the pool. The room I stayed in was very clean. Will be back."

"Staff is amazing. Property is well appointed and updated. Cleaning staff was very active at this location. Room was nice. Has a small refrigerator but no microwave. The attached restaurant has great food for those who wish to stay on property to dine."
