"Our stay was great, the house keep on our floor was so amazing we had issues open the door and she explained why the door would get stuck and showed us how to open it. The remote stop working and we were stuck weather channel for about hour before we notice but repair man was fast and efficient at getting it fix. We want to try Friday but it was never open. The double hot tubs was a bonus. The location was great for us to be able to tour the falls and the many attractions we had plan."

"Clean room. Lovely staff and lots of options for breakfast. In a quiet part of town, no restaurants or amenities in walking distance. Hotel has a small shop area with a few options for snacks. Room has a small kitchen area with basics. We used the Niagara Wonders pass and was able to catch the bus from right outside hotel into main town and up into the parks. The attractions were not all open until early April but there were plenty of other options in the area. Niagara on the Lake was a good day trip. Lots to do with children in the area. Hotel charges extra for parking. "

"The parking was convenient as it was off season so able to utilize parking structure next door. Restaurants in the hotel were closed which was a disappointment & not told ahead of time and discovered when attempted to eat there. View from room was amazing, quiet easy access to falls and parks."
