"I dont know how it was because we got there at 10:20 to find the lobby door locked and a note taped to the door that said Lobby closed at 10:00, No check-Ins after 10pm. They should say that on the website before you book a room."

"AC worked but the room had an overwhelming smell of the cleaner Fabulosa. It was sickening. I asked for another room and was told it be the next day. By 2am I my lungs were burning and I demanded to move. The I was told it had never bothered anyone else before. He made it my fault."

"First and foremost, the receptionist was extremely rude and talk to me like I was ignorant. I’ve never had an issue with checking in when I use Expedia, but he couldn’t figure out for some reason how to get my booking situated. I was stuck at the front desk for way too long, trying to get it figured out and then he finally figured out what he was doing wrong on his end., they will ask you for a deposit, even though you go to Expedia, which is ridiculous, the ice machine didn’t work at all, and...

"Check-in was easy except it was pouring down rain and the person on shift or an owner was parked under the covered area, so I had to get out in the rain during a storm. Overall, the property was ok for a cheap place to stay one night. The checkout process was poor. Showed they opened for breakfast at 7 but at 8:15 I had to ring the bell multiple times for someone to come to the outside window because the main door was locked. Once they answered, you could tell that they were still in bed asleep...
