"Room was disgustingly dirty. I walked on the carpet once and my feet instantly became black. Wore shoes around the room from there on out. Shower felt dirty and you could tell it wasn’t cleaned fully from the previous guests. Staff was nice and very helpful and the location was great. Room was small for 2 people. Would not stay again."

"Definitely would not stay here again. There is zero soundproofing and the beds are the least comfortable I've ever slept on. They said we couldn't park a second vehicle due to capacity constraints but that was BS because there were plenty of spots available. Overall, crappy experience. Avoid at all costs!!"

Water pressure for the showers could be a lot better especially in the accessible rooms it us to a more accessible way to use the shower without water getting all over the floor for those rooms. Overall I would recommend this place and wil definitely be back. We had an ocean Front King Accessible Room for reference"

"I really enjoy my stay. I went down by myself to be in the area while my daughter attended senior week. The place was clean, the staff were so friendly. My room was the perfect size for just myself. I would stay again. I wish the check in took place in the building and not across the street and that the room was available at the 4pm check in time. I had to wait an hour to actually get in my room. Other than that, everything was good."

"Stayed 2 nights in the room with kitchenette, very clean indoor and outdoor pools. There is only 1 basketball hoop, had to wait a few times for the hoop, hopefully they can have more basketball courts in the future. The walls are thin in the room, you can hear your neighbor talking, kids crying and so forth. 5 minute drive to the boardwalk, close to amenities. Overall we had a great time!"

"Overall, my stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly, the small gym was a nice bonus, and I loved being able to walk across the street to the beach. My only concern was the odor on the third floor where we stayed. The hallway had a strong dog smell throughout our stay. I'm a dog owner myself and have an 89-pound Labrador, so I understand that pet-friendly hotels accommodate animals, but the odor was noticeable. It might be helpful to designate specific pet-friendly floors or areas to help...
