"The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we couldn’t find stuff. It was very close to the city centre, we could walk to most places. Lots of help amenities which came in handy. Would come again and highly recommend"

"Nice hostel in the centre of Rotorua - It is within walking distance to many of the main attractions such as Sulphur Point and Kuirau Park.
Staff were friendly and the facilities (especially the kitchen) were clean.
The hostel also had a pool table and table tennis table. Unfortunately, these weren't available in an evening because the reception area was closed and locked after a certain time (6pm I believe).
Parking was plentiful on the street outside and this was free after 12 on a...
