Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. "Flat 203 was a little run down, and hadn't been cleaned well - there was congealed food on the tables and chewing gum stuck to the bathroom tiles, along with a weird smell from the dishwasher which meant we hand-washed all weekend.
