"Beautiful and updated property. It’s nice to have the modern juxtaposition with the authentic Swiss surroundings. The staff was so kind and offered amazing local suggestions. They treated everyone like they were the only guests there. We did everything Svenja mentioned and had the best time. Fun story how the brothers run this spot and their parents run the hotel next door. Will be back!"

Very slow toaster that only takes 2 slices at a time leaves guests waiting around. "Fantastic hotel in a great location. Located 5 minutes from the train station and great views of the valley. All the staff were all super friendly and a special mention for Thomas who helped me plan out my hikes each day and was so helpful. The hikes that Thomas recommended were amazing. Breakfast and dinner options all really nice. Next time I visit this area of Switzerland I’ll make sure to book this hotel again. "

"Wengen is a hidden gem and this property was fabulous! I stayed with my 4 kids on the top level, which was a space with 2 rooms and a loft. We had plenty of sleeping space and magnificent views of the mountains and valley. There are cute shops and fantastic restaurants in Wengen. Hotel Falken offered a nice breakfast, and the staff was welcoming and helpful to us during our stay."
