I could not fault anything in the Westport Plaza. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely stay here again

Stunning hotel, the room and bathroom were amazing. The staff were just so lovely, Kathy in reception made sure I got dinner. I was late back from seeing a patient and she organised a delicious goats cheese salad be delivered to my room. The food was gorgeous at breakfast too. I will definitely return. The hotel is in the centre of everything. Excellent Excellent Excellent experience.

Couldn’t lock the window of our suit the shower tap was extremely difficult to turn on and off I had three attempts to open my door each time having to go to the desk to receive a new door card eventually the gentleman on the desk had to open my door with a screw driver !!

Lovely hotel, great bedroom, nice and big with a small balcony and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast very nice and they do a mini full Irish which was sufficient for me with no waste.

Great location, staff friendly, rooms very dated and dark. Bedroom -422 was next to cleaners store room ,we were woken up early every morning with the cleaners all chatting to each other.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Plaza. Efficient friendly staff throughout. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast on each morning could not be faulted. Great choices.

Beautiful property! Wish we were there longer to enjoy the surrounding area! Staff was great. We were able to check in early as we arrived in the area earlier than expected. I forgot some clothing and they were very helpful and able to ship it to me in the USA. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Ireland!

Westport plaza is an amazing "little" resort in the heart of Westport. Here you get great accommodations, an excellent restaurant (complimentary breakfast is outstanding), a good pub (w/Irish music), a spa with a full line of services, and workout and pool facility that is top notch. Withing 5-10 minutes walking to all other Westport shops, restaurants, and pubs. Staff is friendly and completely service oriented. There is a car park here. Price is right here . . if you planning to come to Westport, this is the spot.

What a beautiful stay and experience! Kathy at the front desk had a lovely smile and gave us such a warm greeting! She upgraded us to the Presidential suite which was a wonderful surprise! Westport is such a quaint, lively little town. We were lucky enough to stay 2 nights. We stayed at all 4 and 5 start hotels during our time in Ireland and this was by far our favorite! Can’t believe it is not 5 star! Be sure to check out the Westport house while you are there!

Enjoyable stay
A very nice stay, the only down side was we booked dinner for 7:30 and waited 40 minutes for our starter. We asked the waiter was there a problem after noticing customers who arrived after us being served. The manager apologized and didn't charge us for our bottle of wine, but it did spoil our dining experience. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would go back.
