"The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The evening meals were excellent. The breakfast was a buffet which was satisfactory but not the same quality as the evening meals. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"My husband and I stayed here on a day we went to Achill Island. We only stayed one night here. They have a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel, you do have to make a reservation but we were able to easily make a reservation when we arrived to the hotel. We are in the bar area and the food was very good. The view was beautiful. At night our room got pretty chilly and we weren’t able to figure out how to turn the heat up but we were okay. "I felt so warmly received by everyone. It was a beautiful historic place and I’m happy that I made the drive. What a lovely time. My particularly liked the musicians in the bar. The manager showed us our parking spot directly by walking in front of our car was very sweet. It was a nice wonderful place."
