We booked this hotel while on the road at the last minute. We booked it just after midnight and arrived within the hour, only to find a sign on the door saying they were out and would not be back until 7 am. So we had to book another hotel. That is frustrating, but not as frustrating as the fact that they then refused to refund my money for the room, despite the fact that we could not get in. Terrible customer service. Do not use this hotel.

Friendly and helpful, easy to find, and just an all around nice place to stay. Room was larger than some higher-star hotels offer, everything was clean and in good condition, and even though the place is on a main street through town it was incredibly quiet. Will definitely book here again when we visit.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Located near places to eat, the kids favorite was a donut shop! Had a mini fridge and microwave in the room, a coffee pot would have been a nice addition.

The people there are very nice. The bed was a bit hard, but some of the larger hotels have the same issue. The only major problem is that the air conditioner didn't work well, so that it became very warm in the room.

We were traveling for graduation. Hotel is quaint, clean and comfortable. Location is within walking distance from downtown, and less than 3 mins from the main highway. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only thing I would change is that the pillows were much flatter than we prefer. :)

The room was marked non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom floor was covered in glass and hair. It appeared as if it hadn't been swept in weeks as the hair appeared to belong to several people, though my main concern was the broken glass. The price was good for the room, but I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the fact it was not a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, I will not be willing to stay there again.
