"Beautiful little place right downtown, metro station a few meters away. Each room unique, exposed brick, Victorian vibe, beautiful big windows. Great breakfast served by friendly people. I just wish check in was an hour or two earlier and messages could be responded to sooner. However, people were great and I would definitely stay again. Mattress was too soft for us and probably needs changing."

"The hotel was very well kept and great for couples. Staff were helpful overall. There is no staff past 11 so if you have any issues I was not given a number to call (thankfully there was no issues). The valet didn’t really help with our bags as much as I hoped. Typical valet will help handle all bags to be delivered to your room, or something but that wasn’t the case. There is a large flight of stairs and no elevator so that contributed to the bag issue and not having a cart to wheel anything...

Ils ont pris le paiement d’un séjour de 3 nuits deux fois sur ma carte. Un montant qui est toujours bloqué aujourd’hui. Le 11 juin était le paiement et aujourd’hui le 22 juin, j’ai toujours cette transaction en double au montant de 1435,53$. Notez qu’il est dise que c’est absolument normal dans leur cas de prendre le paiement en double, c’est...

"Overall the hotel is beautiful and in an AMAZING location! Unfortunately during our stay the pool was not open, and the gym is very small (I believe it had 1 cable machine and 2 treadmills, not enough room to place a yoga mat down) so that was unfortunate but overall the hotel rooms were very clean, staff was so nice and helpful and we had a great stay!"

"The location was close to some pubs and restaurants as well as the underground shopping. The rooms were clean and large for a comfortable stay. Our only complaint was the breakfast. The hot food was tasted terrible so we stuck to cereal. Other than that, a great place to stay."
