"Our company came out for an event to do as a vendor. The hotel was good about letting us check in late & check out late. We even left some of our equipment in the room & they held it for us for an entire week until we could make it back there to get it The location was amazing, right on the beach & by the boardwalk. The offered free breakfast. The waffles were amazing, but the chocolate filled doughnuts were to die for, although I should have had the fruit and yogurt. We were able to get coffee all hours in the cafe. The pool was clean and a nice relaxing area. Definitely our spot when we come back to Colonial Beach. It is literally close to everything so you can walk, no need to drive. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever questions we had about the event going on and finding things nearby. We even watched the fireworks from the hotel parking lot."
