"This was the worse experience I ever had I don’t know how they operate my key card didn’t operate I was locked out my room two days in a row and the help line didn’t help they kept lying saying someone would come help they came until the concierges work time so I will never stay at this hotel again"

"I booked three rooms at this hotel for a speacial occasion trip to celebrate a graduation. At check in I asked if one of the rooms could possibly have some kind of view of the city. I was quickly told it was not possible as the hotel was sold out. I was very sorry that out of the 100's of rooms in the hotel they could not have accommodated even one of the three rooms booked and the check in clerk was not friendly about it. "Awesome choice!!! This was a really amazing boutique like hotel. Comfortable room, blackout curtains in case you want to sleep in. The staff were genuinely kind and made you feel welcome. Sundays several people congregated in the lounge areas as there was plenty of seating available. Taco restaurant on site for late nite snacks. The whole place was a vibe in itself.. I didn’t rent a car so most everything was walkable distance, restaurants the riverwalk etc…."

"Nice vibes, private quad was nice for my group. Water was hot n stayed hot. In DT so if you're a light sleeper it probably isn't the best but if you're a heavy sleeper like me it's fine."

"We thought we'd give the Arlo a try, since it looked promising online. The room was good in terms of space and cleanliness, but incredibly dark with hardly any natural light. Thankfully, we were only there for one night. If we had been there for much longer, the lack of light would have been an issue. Breakfast was mediocre, service was the same. One waitress worked the entire restaurant, which was full. Needless to say, nothing was moving that quickly."
