"Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

"The pool has the most odd hours.. if you want to use it in the morning or day, it’s closed. They were only open for a couple hours in the evening when we’d be getting dinner. I literally only booked this place with the idea it had a pool to use during weekdays, so it was a disappointment for sure. Also the house keepers never tend to the rooms even when you’re there for a week and don’t have the DND sign on, you have to bring the used towels to the front desk and ask for fresh ones as they don’t...

"I had an amazing stay. The staff was so professional and accomdating at the same time. They presented with a very happy friendly demeanor - you don't see that much these days! When I needed to change my reservations for an additional night to an almost sold out facility the staff found a way to keep me in the same room! It was a fabulous experience."

"This hotel was amazing! And very undersold. I loved everything about this hotel. You drive up to what looks like a stately castle. Gorgeous clean hotel with the most beautiful grounds. There is a large pond and park on the grounds in front of the hotel with Lilly pads in the pond and the most serene setting to sit and relax and read. "The room was old. The bathroom had rust on the drain in the tub, the room smelled stale, A/C sucks. Staff were great and polite. WiFi was slow. Breakfast was so delicious. Pool was perfect. They’re kind to pets."
