Friendly staff. Clean. Pool was great and had good hours. Gym was great 24 hours. Quiet. Parking included. Excellent Breakfast. Price was reasonable compared to nearby hotels. Good choice. Would choose this location again.

Crowne Plaza Boston - Woburn by IHG
Room was clean but thought it was weird that there were no trash bags in the bins. Wish there were plug n close to the bed rather than across the room. Breakfast was a good variety but hot food was cold/warmish. Only juice option was orange juice. Over all not a bad stay

Bedford Plaza Hotel - Boston
Room was freezing heat wouldn’t work, second room they tried was dirty. Stayed in the third room but because I was exhausted and had to get up in 6 hours. They offered nothing for compensation. If I hear nothing from you I will be taking my weekly business elsewhere. Thank you

Best Western Plus Waltham Boston
They only cleaned our room twice in 5 days. We let them know, and they said, so sorry 😔. We told them on the 1st night we didn't have hot water. The maintenance guy said he didn't know how to fix it. The room was worn and old. We asked them to bring us another blanket and the one they brought was ...
