"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Town. Very clean and modern. Lovely staff. We stayed in the one bedroom with kitchenette that had all the amenities . All the comforts of home while traveling far from home. We will definitely stay again when visiting beautiful Lviv. "
"This is not a 4 star hotel. It is extremely outdated. The rooms are in poor condition, the water pressure was terrible it was impossible to take a shower. The breakfast was poor the coffee was burnt and there was no where to even sit. Toilet seat in the bathroom did not work properly as it was electric it was not working. "
