"The hotel was locked with no personnel at reception or anywhere in the hotel throughout our stay. We saw no employees at all. A worker at a nearby shop somehow obtained a key and let us in. There was no check-in at all and no other guests. We could have used any room. There was no hot water and no amenities. A very strange experience."

"O local é um pouco afastado do centro da cidade, mas há opções de transporte por perto. Fomos muito bem recepcionados, o rapaz que nos atendeu foi super gentil e solícito. "We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am.
