"Short drive to Mt Rushmore. Our room has a view of Mt Rushmore. Nice to see at sunrise and lighted up at night.) If you need amenities (shampoo,soap) ensure to inform on how many in your party. We usually bring our own on our trips but ran out. There was only good for one person in the room and we were (3 people) staying for two nights. The door to the balcony is hard to lock up ( not latching) one has to try several times to lock it."

"The upper room’s picture was a little misleading. It was a much smaller area as far as headroom than what the picture showed. It did advertise that the area was mainly for children, but it would have been difficult for even most children not to hit their head on the ceiling. Otherwise, it was comfortable for a cabin and it worked for our purposes. The restaurant was fantastic and we ate there every day. It was in a great location to everything park related. "
