"Allereerst wist niemand van onze boeking bij aankomst. De eigenaar was niet aanwezig. Ik liet onze bevestiging zien, maar niemand mocht/durfde ons een kamer toe te wijzen. Dat heeft ruim een uur geduurd. Wij kregen later iets toegewezen wat niet voldeed aan de beschrijving van de boeking en we reclameerden. de 2 dames die ons te woord stonden waren overigens erg vriendelijk, maar de "baas" kregen we niet te spreken.
