"Highly Disappointing and Unprofessional Reservation Management This review outlines a series of significant failures in reservation management and guest services experienced by our party, which negatively impacted the commencement of our stay. Reservation and Payment Issues I had secured a confirmed booking for four rooms via Expedia, with payment completed and confirmed prior to arrival. Initial Check-in: The first three groups of guests arrived to find that, despite the existing confirmation, the property staff asserted that payment had not been received. Lack of Confirmation: Although staff possessed a notepad listing the reservations under my name, this internal record failed to indicate that the payment had been processed and confirmed. Resolution: After a protracted and unnecessary discussion, during which confirmed email documentation from Expedia was presented and initially disregarded, the first three groups were eventually assigned their reserved rooms. Operational and Safety Concerns Upon arrival, the property was experiencing a power outage, and critically, there was no backup generator in operation. The building was in darkness, presenting immediate operational and safety concerns for arriving guests. Failure to Honor Late Arrival Reservation The fourth set of guests arrived significantly later that evening. They were informed that their room had been reassigned due to their late arrival. Unacceptable Relocation: These guests were subsequently directed to "

"Situated at a nice and peaceful area in Sekondi, the lodge has a great compound and a nice environment. The restaurant serves good food, although waiting times were quite long (we were informed everything is prepared freshly). I was looking forward to the sea view, but unfortunately the beach front was a little underwhelming. Regardless, I still liked my stay. Internet connectivity in rooms was horrible, and I wasn't able to connect to the WiFi throughout my stay. Although there is some connectivity when sitting outside. The check-in process was not as smooth, as we had to wait at the reception for about 10 minutes and had the staff checking our reservation. You would expect staff to be aware of all check-ins for the day to make the process as smooth as possible when visitors arrive.The rooms were neat and had clean running water, although my only concerns were with the lighting. Not all lights in the room and the bathroom worked. And lastly, if you're not driving, you may want to have the contact of a taxi driver who would be able to come fetch you if you wanted to head into town, as public transport rarely came to that side and Uber is nonexistent."

"This was a little paradise. We had a convenient cabin on the beach. Ben, the ownwer, cooked especially for us and made a good breakfast with fresh coconut. It was next to the start of the tour to Nzuzelezu, which was our purpose for staying here. "
