"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"It was a nice place to stay. The room was neat and clean. It’s very close to the airport, the hotel also provides the shuttle service to drop off at airport. All the staff are wonderful and kind. Special thanks to Bobby who served us the dinner. "
