"Comfortable and clean room on the river. Used the balcony. Very pleasant. Great restaurant in the river with delicious drinks and good. Also, our flight was very very delayed and we didn’t get in till almost 4 AM and the hotel credited one night back to us even before we asked for this. They did not need to do this, but man did we appreciate it. They won us over and we will be back."

"We had no issues whatsoever with the room/stay. Very easy/convenient check-in, especially since we checked in rather late. The room itself was really nice and spacious. However, the lack of elevator can be a bit of a problem for rooms on the 3rd floor, but it was manageable. NGL, we were disturbed to see a car that was broken into when we were leaving in the morning. Definitely don't leave anything of value in the car overnight. "

"We were in Florence for just one night as we were on a roadtrip down the Oregon Coast. All rooms seem to be Ocean front view which was pretty cool, we got to see an incredible sunset. Hotel looks much older from the outside and could use a few touch ups. But the room was clean and newer, so no complaints there. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I forgot my favorite pants behind the bathroom door, and called their hospitality team. They were very quick to respond and to set up shipping it...
