"We had a lovely stay in Selvista! The location was perfect, close to so many great activities on Ometepe. The property itself is beautiful, with amazing views and peaceful surroundings. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was very warm and welcoming. The food was also really good, we felt well taken care of the whole time. Definitely a spot we’d recommend to anyone visiting the island!"

"I was quite disappointed with this accommodation. We were greeted by someone that spoke no english which was quite uneasy seeing as how we just arrived on the island at 6pm (sunset) and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the space. Instead as the sun went down, we were greeted by a guy with a flashlight which seemed to be telling us he was the night guard and told us to yell his name if we heard anything. "There is a shopping mall at walking distance( Plaza España). It has a McDonalds, food court and a supermarket. The hotel restaurant does not have a variety of food but the food is excellent. Breakfast was buffet, with a great variety of food. Breakfast was excellent. The main pool was provided maintenance daily. There is another company in the hotel that provides taxis and tour services. Room was cleaned every day. During the weekends there are several pool parties celebrating birthdays. I stayed across the street in the other bldg. and did not have problems with the parties. I stayed 11 days. The price I pay for hotel is excellent. "
