They offered and gave us extra IHG points and had it fixed the next morning as we had a college softball team coming in. Also the general manager was awesome! Great stay! Thank you!"

"Cold weather, hvac kept room comfortable. There was only two kleenex in the box, Room was not up to Holiday Inn Express standard, but the pillows and mattresses were excellent. Breakfast adequate, but less than expected."

"This sheets were dirty and the room had a broken dresser and just wasn’t what you expect for the amount of money I paid. Bathroom had mold in it and no exhaust fan, the shampoo and conditioner you could tell was old. Just not overall a great experience. "

"There were some coffee or cola splashed on the wall by the bed, and foot prints in the mix.. like the cola had fallen off of something and splattered. There were long dark hairs in the bathtub and I have blonde hair. There were some blood spots on the wall in the bathroom. I reported to the desk at discharge and the girl at the desk said she’d report it. As I was walking out she was relaying it to the housekeeping supervisor, which she had told me she would do… and both had a good laugh about...

"This placd is an overpriced dump. The front desk clerk was wearing sweat pants, hoodie and a hat. And he gave me my key and said my room number out loud with other people in the lobby. Someone used the bathroom in the room and didnt flush the toilet. And people are actually living in tbe hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE "

She was extremely professional and has a great people person personality. She went above and beyond which is a very rare thing nowadays. The remodel on floor 1 is beautiful huge rooms, comfy beds and very very clean! Would definitely stay here if ever in the area again. "
