"This place is amazing. The staff were so friendly and even let us check in early when we arrived. The room was super clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were soft. "It was a great stay. I slept the best I have in months. The curtains had cigarette burns in them. We were under tornado watch my first night. A guest asked at the front desk about what to do and the guy at the front desk couldn’t answer. "

"It was great that this is right next to the Ford Center. Parking was easy. Room was very clean & well stocked. The staff at the front desk was amazing! So friendly & helpful. The only thing was there is no refrigerator in the room. We had pizza delivered & had to throw away the leftovers but we will definitely stay here again."

"Room was big and comfy, bathroom was clean and looked new. It took 2 calls to the desk to get the TV to work, but after that it was fine. Biggest complaint is that the chairs in the breakfast area and the lobby were not comfortable ar all."
