"My friends and spent 10 nights in Iceland and this was honestly the only unpleasant stay. The bathroom was not clean — there was visibly hair from previous guests on the wall in the shower. The dining table and kitchen countertops also had to be wiped down. The host was also unkind to deal with, with was disappointing. Though the view is beautiful and the beds were fine, it was overall not an accommodation I’d recommend."

"Located very close to city center, nice interior design. Our room was a two-room suite, however there were no doors between the rooms, so noise from one room was clearly heard in the other room. Also no AC, and the suite was all glass windows, it overheated badly"

"The location of the hotel is convenient to stores and bus stop 9 and 11. for the price we paid ($350 a night). There was nothing offered with it. No fridge in the room, no water. I asked the front desk for a glass if ice as there are no ice machines and I was told the kitchen was too busy The black out curtains didn’t block out the sun (we were there June 11th, so 21 hours of sun) and the way the curtain are the sun lights of the room at the top There is no AC and when opening the window we had some type of machine running. Making a lot of noise and they had a private party at the hotel so we were not able to get any food at night and they were very loud The bed make a noise every time you moved. Neither one of us sleep most of the night. I would not recommend this hotel because the lack of basic things you normally get, the mold on the wall, and the rude front desk staff."

"It was excellent hotel and the staff was very helpful and accommodated our requests too. The only drawback was there were no microwave and iron for clothes. I wish they had those things then our stay would be more comfortable as we have dietary restrictions. The location of the hotel was excellent as the bus stop 9 was just 4-5 mins walk. Also, the church and rainbow street was at walking distance. We don’t drive so it make sense to book this hotel in center of Reykjavík."
