"The menu was very varied and fresh. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions. The room was clean and the blankets were very comfortable. The reservation stated there would be a bathtub, but I was assigned a room with a shower. The only drawback was getting there. The surrounding streets aren't paved; I think directions would have been very helpful. The only access is through the shopping center."

"We absolutely loved this hotel right in the middle of Santa Catarina Palopó. Away from the busyness of Panajachel but a close drive into town if you need to access things or take the lanchas to the other villages. We took tuk tuks to get around and there was also parking at the hotel. The town itself was super charming and it was also easy to get a private lancha from near the hotel. All the staff was super kind and attentive and the entire hotel was well maintained and spotless. Beautiful...
