It was the first time in Finland and I was traveling alone and I didn’t know what to expect when I booked this hotel, but I loved my stay and the area. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was great. Hotel has parking underground so I didn’t have to worry about parking the car rental outside somewhere. Highly recommend this place. "

"Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff very friendly. Beds are too small and protective plastic mattress cover is way noisy. Loved eveything except for the bed. "

"We had an excellent stay at Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff kindly allowed us an early check-in at 12:30 PM, which was greatly appreciated and set a very positive tone for our stay. The overall environment and ambiance were outstanding—peaceful, well-designed, and perfectly aligned with the Lapland experience. The room quality was excellent, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful details for families; providing sleds for children was a wonderful touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. As a very minor suggestion for improvement: we stayed in Room 21, and in the sauna, there seemed to be some heat loss from the lower section, so the temperature was not as warm as expected. This is a small detail and did not affect our overall satisfaction. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended."
