Kid Friendly Hotels in Western Finland

"Ok room. Thought i had booked a room inside the hotell, but we were placed behind the hotell in some kompleks. Asked for an upgrade but the price was very high during the easter. Good breakfast and friendly staff "

"The property and the location is good. But what they don't mention is that some of the chalets are very far from the reception and you have to cross a main street, and if you don't have the car there is no help or trolley to drag the suitcases across. The receptionists are very unhelpful and apathetic. They blocked the room access card even before our check out time and and again to reactivate, though it is their fault, you need to walk all the way to the reception to reactivate it! "
