"Property is in a great location, near many restaurants and close to DC. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Housekeeping was done everyday and we stayed for 4 days, Morning Buffett breakfast is great as well."

"The front desk clerk gave us a room on the 3rd floor. Within half-hour, my son was bitten by a bed bug. We informed the clerk and he moved us to a room on the same floor. There was a homeless person sleeping next to the room. I don't mind that she was in the hotel, just wonder how secure the hotel is. Then next morning we found out that there was no hair dryer available. We informed the clerk. He searched thru all the vacated rooms but no dryer was in any of the room. We let him know that we had to go to attend early mass at the Basilica and it would be horrible to have a wet head of hair but he said he couldn't do anything about it. He will let the manager know. We came back in the evening and checked with the front desk clerk, still there's no hair dryer. Again, he said he would contact the manager. In the morning, we came down to see the clerk but he said the manager did not say anything. I was so frustrated so I told the clerk that if there's no hair dryer by the time we get back, we will leave the hotel. So on the third day, the clerk came up and let us know that the manager had a hair dryer available. But if we did not continue asking for it, we would probably never get a hair dryer. I will never again book at this hotel."

"Clean room. Kitchen Amenities in the suite were a plus. Couple items in the room were not functioning properly. AC unit was very loud. Sofa bed was broken so the headrest section wasn't horizontal, but tilted downwards. Had to shove the sofa cushions behind the bed frame to keep head area flat. The ice maker in the freezer wasn't working properly and there are no other ways to get ice on premises (according to staff)"

"The customer service was excellent however we had AC issue in our room it was immediately fixed which was in convenience (2 hour) nothing was offered for the inconvenience but overall, the stay was good"

"Bathroom Could’ve Been Way Cleaner & Better, No Blinds In My Room So The Outside Light Just Came Through All Night With That Thin Ass Curtain. Breakfast Was Cool, Plenty Of Parking, Party Was Happening Right In The Next Room So My Kids Couldn’t Sleep. The Doors & Walls Are Thin AF So You Hear Everything & At One Point I Thought Somebody Was Trying Come Into Our Room But They Were Just Going Into Their Room. Overall Will Not Stay Again."
