"Falta más limpieza en las habitaciones, pedí un servicio en mi habitación y me di cuenta que no me cambiaron las sábanas de cama ni fundas y eso es sucio y falta un poco más de limpieza en los baños principalmente en los toiles baño 🚽 y lavabos de mano , shower 🚿"

"Been staying at the Trop since the 90’s (when it was the Ramada Express). Usually good room at a decent price, unfortunately for some reason this trip wasn’t good. Ordered 2 Queens, non smoking. Got 1 King Smoking. 30-40 min wait the get on an elevator with a very long line, I believe half the elevators were out of service Ordered a pizza from the hotel and it was completely burnt on the backside. All this in a two hour window! Might have lost a long time customer after this stay."

"Hotel was under renovation. It was in very bad condition, with filthy worn carpets, a very strong perfume like smell, old decrepit furnishings, torn sofa, dirty floors, broken toilet seat, refrigerator that hung out of opening, table drawer that remained open after pushing in, hallway was covered with a large paper mat(that looked like a pee pad). The back door did not lock so anyone could walk in. Outside the door looked like a work zone. When I mentioned my concerns to “Joy”, she immediately...

"Very well kept and updated motel. Easy and quick check in. The only downside was the very noisy hvac unit. But aside form that, the Magnuson is superb and highly recommended."
