"I wasn’t happy that when I came back to the hotel from work my room wasn’t cleaned.. I wasn’t informed at the reception you had to place your card outside the door to let them know you need your room cleaned.. for me this is a hotel trying to deceive you into not cleaning your room"

"The cabin we stayed in was lovely and we enjoyed watching the Alpacas very much. The location is great as it is a five minute drive from nice beaches and restaurants etc. However, the cleaning fee is absurd and costs as much as a nights accommodation. This is even more of a joke after you’re expected ..."
