Fairly clean, close to shopping and dining places. Continental breakfast was ok except no hot water for oatmeal or tea. Have to use the microwave. The breakfast host, Barb was nice and helpful.

I didn’t like how the hotel receptionist would use fowl language in front of costumers and the rooms didn’t have working lights when we got here

No one to check us in. Had to call and wait 30 minutes for help. Breakfast was a joke, old cereal was it. Bottom of pool was was filthy dirty. Hot tub water was warm one day and cold the next.

It was a last minute booking but very well worth it! Clean and quiet. Staff very polite and friendly. Continental Breakfast only reason why I knocked one star off but it still was a great experience.

Our room had a great view. Does need some maintenance but other than that we loved it. Staff was great and very accommodating. I am sure we will be staying there in our next trip.

Had to wait to check in, room key didn't work on 1st try, tub drain was plugged and the tub insert has seen better days. The bed was decent and room was clean. The location to the West Yellowstone entrance was perfect. On our 2nd night there was someone coughing all night in the room next to us and it turns out it was the Front Desk Staff person. It served our purpose but I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Resort town prices, lower your expectations
Kinda crappy for the money you pay, but that’s what you get in a resort town. Beds were fine, condition of the place overall is kinda rundown. Breakfast was pretty good! Indoor pool doesn’t open until 9 so don’t plan on sneaking in a swim before going back to the park if you want to get there at a decent time.
