"When i got there at about 4pm, i could not get into the building. There was no human interaction. Eventually I got hold of someone in Quebec City. I was staying in Winnipeg. I got into the building. Then I couldn't get into my apartment. The door is keyless. I needed a code. It took at this point more than an hour to get in, because the lady in Quebec was not giving me the code 3* that one needs to enter before the rest of the code.
