"Very good hotel, the rooms are beautiful, and the view over the mountains are incredible. Beds are comfy, the bathroom is good and there is a nice breakfast. Location is not the most convenient, it's along the main road in middle Pelling, the restaurants tend to be more in upper Pelling although all hotels have their own restaurants. Udaan Dekeling Resort Darjeeling

10/10 Excellent

"The property was well maintained and 15mins walking distance to the mall road. The rooms was nicely done with modern style, although more wardrobe space could be given. The Balcony view was amazing, with Singalila national park on the left and the might Mt. Kanchenjunga on the right. The restaurant was fully vegetarian, which was great for us, with amazing breakfast buffet options, lunch, snacks and dinner choices. The food was amazing. The staff, specially Abhinay at the Reception and Krishan in the restaurant took great care of us. The whole staff was polite, courteous and always asked if we needed anything during the stay."

Sterling Darjeeling

10/10 Excellent

"Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. I would highly recommend Sterling Darjeeling."

Planter's Heritage by Cilantro Collections - Mall Road

8/10 Good

"The staff were great. The location was perfect and close to main Darjeeling mall. The floors in the room and multiple junctions in the lobby area are uneven which may cause discomfort and extra attention especially for elderly people."
