"Very nice stay, especially for the price. We would stay there again."

"From check in to checkout we were impressed. Our room was ready when we got there. They greated us with a sincere "welcome home". Our room was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Breakfast was very nice with many options. The staff were so friendly. The grounds were beautiful, a waterfall koi pond. Several firepit spaces to gather at. A soothing indoor salt water pool. A large piece of property out front for dogs as they are dog friendly. This would be a great place for a small to medium size wedding or for meetings. They left us a basket of goodies and mints on our pillow. Who does that anymore? And best yet, it's an affordable hotel! When we checkedvout they asked us a few times to "please come back and visit again" I was very pleased with the hotel and its wonderful staff. "

"I loved the shuttle to the airport. We just left our car parked at the hotel and saved a little on long term parking. The shuttle was prompt with courteous drivers."

"Breakfast was kept stocked. The dining area is quite small esp. when larger groups are gathered. The hot tub and pool were nice. We walked to Texas Roadhouse for dinner."

"Good location to Biltmore House. Clean, but poor lighting in room. Bedside lights almost useless for reading in bed. No staff at desk upon check-in, Four rooms were waiting to check in when desk clerk came back from "checking rooms for readiness". Seems like that could be done by someone else before 5:00pm. Same with check out - had to wait to desk staff. Breakfast was $17.00. I thought that was a little high."
