"The Hotel has a policy to clean the room after 2 nights. Our room was not cleaned (heard others complaining about this) so we called and asked for clean towels, TP and garbage taken out (we had extra bags next to the garbage bins). Staff said yes and would comp our parking ($45 per night). Towels and TP were set inside the door and garbage not removed. Upon checkout, the line was long and we had already been sent a bill. Parking was not comped. I've tried to call twice since we left over the...

"Great location, super friendly staff. The lighting in the room was all ambient. Which is great and vibey- but frustrating if you actually require light. The hallways smelled musty and stale. Fortunately that didn’t apply to the room itself. Overall it was fine."

"The room was clean, well maintained, quiet and had well placed outlets and fixed toiletries dispensers. Zero view, a brick wall probably no more than 20 ft away made the room a little dark. Bed was comfortable but a little saggy. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. A decent variety of food and good coffee. Location is super convenient to the light rail, Pikes Market and Lumen Field. No chairs or seating in the reception area was a bit odd. We had to wait for check...

"I have to give this 4 stars because of the parking. There are no reasonable parking garages so we had to pay $81 a night to vallet park. The sign said $65 but they just told us it would actually be $81. That is a ridiculous amount to charge and they can get away with it. Otherwise, it was a good stay."
