"Had 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. Only 1 elevator worked, which was frustrating.our room shared a wall with it and it was extremely loud all night, making grinding sounds that raised safety concerns. Floor signs indicated pop and vending, but there was no ice machine and the pop machine was broken. ..."
