6/10 Okay

"We stayed for four nights. The view is amazing, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the grounds are nice. However, it seems like the property is being redone or there is a new owner and it is not fully operational yet. This place says it is 5 stars but it frankly isn’t. It does not have the amenities or service to claim being five stars. We were upgraded on arrival which was a nice surprise and made the stay better value. When we checked in we were told the bar was not operational. This had never been communicated to us before and the website says there is a bar. We would not have booked if we had known this in advance and we felt cheated as the property is expensive. The breakfast was ok but needed more choice. The dinner menu was far too limited and too expensive. The villa itself was in good condition and had the items we needed to cook for ourselves which we did most nights."

"The facility was gorgeous and immaculate. The host was very courteous. He even repaired the broken handle of my suitcase while we went sightseeing!!! We enjoyed his suggestion to go to nearby St Nicholas for dinner. It was a darling port town with great restaurants. We did not realize bed was located up a spiral stairs which might present a problem. One needs to have a car.but location is convenient if you have a car."

"The room was excellent – spacious, clean, and well-equipped – with a breathtaking view. Just a short walk down to the beach made it even more perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout shutters allowed for complete darkness, which made sleeping incredibly restful. Giota, our host, was absolutely lovely. She gave us local recommendations that we would never have discovered on our own, adding a unique and authentic touch to our trip. This was a truly special experience, and we highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be coming back! "
