"The maintenance man was very nice but beyond that, it was a subpar stay. As a “animal friendly” hotel, there were no areas where my service dogs could relieve themselves. Additionally, our room was not ready when we arrived and it might be a 20 room hotel. We were made to feel as if we were the inconvenience when check-in was at 3 pm.
